Published in line with the Companies Act 2006 disclosure requirements, which require a company to state its registered name, number and registered office on its websites.
We take enquiries through the contact form on our main site. That lets us track and answer every message properly, and it keeps our contact details away from automated harvesting. We normally reply within one or two working days.
BoldCrafter LTD is not currently VAT registered, so we hold no VAT registration number and our invoices do not include VAT. This is entirely lawful for a business trading below the registration threshold.
This site is informational. No contract is formed through it and no payment is taken here. Any engagement is agreed separately through a written proposal and project agreement, and the terms of that agreement govern the work.
We write these pages carefully, but we cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current and accurate at all times. The articles are general guidance, not professional advice for your specific situation. Please do not treat them as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.
